Sean’s Seafood Masterclass
Learn some new cooking skills in the most enjoyable of ways at Cliff Townhouse. Our head Chef Sean Smith has resumed his very popular Seafood Masterclass at the beautiful Oyster Bar.
Capitalising on the expertise available in Cliff Townhouse, the seafood-mad Donegal man will be demonstrating how to choose and buy the freshest fish, as well as easy ways to prepare it and cook it at home.
The masterclass takes place at the Oyster Bar from 3.30pm until 5pm, followed by an option to enjoy a three course set menu in the restaurant.
So if your 2020 resolutions are to eat and cook more healthy, delicious food, or simply to get out for more fun evenings in great company, then book yourself in for a Seafood Saturday fast.
€50 for Masterclass only including glass of wine and some nibbles
€85 per person for Masterclass followed by a 3-course fixed price menu in the restaurant
