Fine dining in Dublin with seafood focused menus

Menus are sourced locally and fresh produce is delivered daily, allowing for a great variation, created daily by the Head Chef Sean Smith, a Donegal man with a passion for seafood. Staples include West Cork Scallops, Galway Bay Mussels, Dublin Bay Prawns, Native Irish Lobster served as a half or whole, Donegal Cod Steak or a Fillet of Halibut or decide to build your own seafood platter.

Our Oysters are farmed on the West and East coasts of Ireland.  Native Galway Oyster is a staple on our menu, along with Flaggy Shore and Achill Oysters from Co. Clare and Carlingford Oysters from Co. Louth served with Whiskey flavoured honey or Mignonette. Soak up the atmosphere of a busy Dublin city centre restaurant, enjoy a dozen at the Oysters Bar located at the rear of the restaurant.

Lunch at Cliff Townhouse is served seven days per week, from 12noon until 14:30 Monday to Saturday, and extended until 16:00 on Sundays allowing for a leisurely lunch.

Our Dinner is served from 5pm with pre-theatre menu available until 6.30pm Monday through to Saturday. A La Carte and our Seafood collection is available from 5pm until late throughout the week.

Please note the menus should be treated as samples only, we change items according to the freshness, seasonality and availability of the local produce. Vintages may vary on our wine list, which is constantly updated by our CLIFF team of sommeliers.

2019 Festive Season

It’s never too early to start planning your Christmas party.

Our festive season menus will be available from Monday 25th of November 2019 until 5th of January 2020.

The main restaurant on the ground floor will have Festive Lunch menus where you can choose from two or three courses. Prices start at €45.00 per person, view sample menu here. We will serve Festive Dinner menus from 6pm, three courses at €65.00 per person, view sample menu here. Reduced A La Carte menus will be available alongside the Festive offerings. Please note we will not serve the pre-theatre menu at this time.

Our elegant private dining room and Aviator bar, located on the 1st floor is an ideal space for a work or a family gathering over the Festive Season.
