A series of summer seafood masterclasses
Donegal born head chef, Sean Smith will be sharing his expertise and imparting some of his knowledge in a series of Summer Seafood Masterclasses, designed to be an accessible and enjoyable way to learn about various aspects of cooking and preparing seafood, demonstrating how to choose and buy the freshest fish, as well as easy ways to prepare it at home.
A series of summer seafood masterclasses will commence on Saturday, June 23rd at 3.00 p.m. The next two masterclasses will take place on Saturday 14th of July and Saturday 18th of August, all beginning at 3.00 p.m.
Tickets are just €30.00 and include the masterclass, a glass of wine and some nibbles, and on departure you will receive a voucher for a 2 course pre-theatre dinner.
An hour-long seafood masterclass will allow Sean to demonstrate how choosing some of the finest fish, and preparing it simply at home, can result in great, flavourful food.
There are only 10 places on each masterclass and booking is essential.
